Technical IT/OT Security Consultant - Hybrid

Noesis Is Looking For Candidates With The Following Profile

As a Technical IT/OT Security Consultant, you will advise, monitor, and coordinate the implementation of the company's information security strategy and IT/OT security operations. The Technical IT/OT Security Consultant reports to the CISO.

Your Three Main Missions

• You will provide technical guidance and advice to IT and OT teams focusing on network, system and application security.
• You will advise on new security technologies and measures.
• You will review and assess the IT/OT security implementations at our terminals and offices
  
  

Your Job In Bullet Points

• Liaise with IT specialists and the business on secure solutions.
• Perform risk assessments on existing and new solutions (infrastructure and applications);
• Advise on technical security improvements
• Assess new security solutions.
• Manage and coordinate IT/OT security projects and operations
• Handle and monitor information security incidents
• Assess and review implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards;
• Support CISO in defining and implementing network and system standards and processes/procedures;
• Contribute to the decision-making process regarding information security;
• 10-20% of international travel is required to our global terminals.
  
  

Basic Qualification

• Minimal Bachelor's degree required or equivalent;
• Two years of experience in IT and or OT security or cybersecurity consulting role
• Fluent in business English (verbal and written)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications, But Not Mandatory

• Experience with OT/ICS systems (DCS, SCADA, HMI, OPC, Modbus)
• Experience with IT security systems (Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR, SIEM)Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL)
• Experience with one or more standards such as COBIT, NIST, ISO/IEC 27001 and 27002, and ISA/IEC-62443
  
  

Possession or willingness to get one of the following certifications:

• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional);
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional Certification)
• GRID (GIAC Response and Industrial Defense)
• GCIP (Critical Infrastructure Protection Certification)
