THE ROLE

As an Indie Campers Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving regional growth by optimizing the number of nights offered, reducing the cost per night sold, and managing the cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue. To accomplish this you'll own the localization of Indie's marketing strategy, managing all subjects regarding SEA, SEO, CRM, Affiliates, Partnerships and Product, for our markets in West Europe - Portugal, Spain, France and Belgium

You will be joining our West Europe regional team, reporting directly to the General Manager.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Plan, create, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to maximize acquisition performance and business results.
  • Set up and manage paid search and social campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other biddable media platforms applicable to your markets.
  • Define and execute comprehensive digital media strategies, including goal setting, audience targeting, channel selection and communication strategy.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance against defined KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Identify and deploy market specific opportunities for dedicated campaigns, coordinating actions across all channels at your disposal.
  • Assist in developing a solid Partnerships and Affiliate network across your markets.
  • Optimize SEO and Product to specificities of your markets.
  • Conduct detailed reporting and analysis of campaign results, delivering both quantitative insights and qualitative evaluations to inform strategy.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in Ecommerce, DTC companies is highly desirable.
  • Solid experience in Paid Acquisition - Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest
  • Proficiency in growth and performance tracking software and tools.
  • Proven understanding of SEO.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations.
  • You are motivated by taking ownership of your tasks and driving continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
