Wealth Management Securities Transfers Team Leader for Sites Team

Your Main Activities Are

• Being part of the Securities Transfers Team, you are required to manage the daily tasks of the activity such as, and not exhaustively
• Supervising and supporting the team and activity
• Ensuring the proper tasks allocation between team members
• Ensuring controls under Team Leader (TL) responsibility are duly performed
• Supervising the controls of the activity are done and evidence is recorded
• Being the highest point of contact of the team/activity for any management need, managing escalations
• Following daily internal clients’ requests (sites/RM) and manages the escalations of any urgent/critical topics
• Stands as a key point of contact for any development in the systems that will have an impact in the activity
• Assisting and substituting the Team Manager on the presentation of periodic management reports when requested
• Supervising the correct follow up of one's and Team's mailbox
• Proactively providing feedback on team life, team expertise and team performance to the team during team meetings
• Supervising and reporting KPI, KSP, Service Reviews data to the team and Management
• Participating in the preparation of budget providing all needed data to Management
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Management
• At least 3 years of Experience of Team Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack (MS Excel)
• Fluency in English
• Organization skills
• Communication skills
• Assertive, team player and active listener
• Adaptability and change management mindset
