About The Job

  • The Project Management Team Manager mission is to coordinate, guide and supervise various project support team members and project managers in order to ensure the successful projects´ implementation and to promote the continuous improvement of the project management methodologies and associated tools and techniques

Your Main Activities Are

  • Support projects delivery by ensuring appropriate staff allocation to projects in line with business needs and priorities (capacity management), acting as single point of contact for onshore and local stakeholders and managing project managers to deliver projects on scope, on time and on quality
  • Ensure value-added contribution of the team to all efforts by duly challenging key project assumptions where and when required (preparation and in implementation). Promote use of standard methodology and governance, animate the team via regular instances for information and best-practices sharing, produce appropriate project reports for reporting and decision-making purposes and ensure a regular update of non-financial and financial data for all projects
  • Improve methods and governance and team’s ways of working by contributing to the enhancement of the Project Management methodology and governance. Implement optimal local and project governance for project delivery and reporting purposes, ensure maintenance and foster usage of digital and collaborative tools within the team and develop adequate facilities and technical set-up for the team
  • Consolidate the Project Management teams by supporting recruitments, onboarding and training of new team members, contribute to the evolution of the service catalogue and offerings, manage team’s budget at local level and collaborate at practice’s level with other teams to define and execute vision and strategy
  • Develop people by providing daily coaching and regular performance feedback to team’s members, support definition of standard grades (position) and job descriptions, ensure development of soft and hard skills within the team and support definition of standard career path for team’s members

Profile And Skills To Success

  • Bachelor Degree Business Management, Economics
  • At least 5 years of professional experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to manage a project
  • Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training
