About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and commercially-minded B2B Sales Executive with at least 1–2 years of experience in selling recruitment or talent-related services. As part of our Sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, engaging with HR and technology leaders, and growing client accounts with a consultative, relationship-driven approach.

As part of our Sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, engaging with HR and technology leaders, and growing client accounts with a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify, research, and approach prospective clients with tech hiring needs (startups, scale-ups, and enterprises).
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including HR managers, Talent Acquisition leads, and CTOs.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and position our services as value-driven solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling proposals and pitch materials with support from marketing and leadership.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and service experience for clients.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales—preferably in recruitment, talent solutions, or a service-based business.
- Solid understanding of the tech hiring space and roles like software engineers, DevOps, cloud, and data specialists.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative approach to sales.
- Self-starter who is organized, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM platforms and basic sales reporting tools.
- Experience selling into HR or tech departments.
- Background in tech recruitment or experience working with recruiters.
- Knowledge of the SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation space.
