POS & In-Store Intern

Your Tasks

Job Purpose - The chosen candidate will have the chance to learn and work with a highly motivated team always striving to succeed in the most competitive environment: the POS (Point of Sale).

Main Challenges And Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Develop POS activations and implementations for Specific Retailers and evaluate sell-out impact/ROI
• Develop creative images for customer leaflets
  
  

Category Support

• Visibility - develop POS Materials to support Innovation and Core assortment in order to maximize its visibility in-store (homeshelf and second placement).
  
  

Field Force support

POS material inventory, Product catalogue update

Key Interfaces are Shopper & Customer Marketing, Marketing, Sales and Procurement Teams

Your Profile

Hard Skills

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration (or similar); Master Frequency or Master completed.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications (namely Excel and Power Point) & Outlook knowledge;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
  
  

Soft Skills

• Proactive, flexible and willing to take ownership for own role;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• A good mix of proactivity, creativity, problem solving and analytical thinking;
• Collaborative team player and relationship building oriented; Ability to work cross functionally in a high-speed environment;
