Job Overview
The Delivery Office Technician plays a key role in ensuring the accurate handling,
documentation and dispatch of technical equipment prepared for final delivery to
clients. This position bridges the gap between the technical preparation of equipment
and its physical shipment, maintaining clear traceability and efficient warehouse
organization.

Job Overview
The Delivery Office Technician plays a key role in ensuring the accurate handling,
documentation and dispatch of technical equipment prepared for final delivery to
clients. This position bridges the gap between the technical preparation of equipment
and its physical shipment, maintaining clear traceability and efficient warehouse
organization.
What Will Be Your Responsibilities
- Equipment Management and Validation;
- Traceability and Documentation;
- Handover Coordination;
- Warehouse Management.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and critical thinking.
- Familiarity with inventory/traceability systems such as JIRA and Microsoft tools.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with technical and logistics teams.
- Experience with warehouse operations and/or technical equipment handling is a plus.
- Portuguese speaking is mandatory. English speaking is a plus.
- An excellent work environment and an opportunity to make a difference;
- Salary Compatible with the level of proven experience.
