Position Summary
For our NBS Lisbon Source to Pay (S2P) department, we are currently looking for a Transactional Support Junior Specialist. This professional will be responsible to execute all the operational processes and documents for procurement and day to day claims in a timely manner to ensure the continuity of supply of goods/services.
A day in the life of...
- Ensure the timely generation of Purchase orders from Purchase Requisitions in adherence to the Procurement policies and standards and NBS SLAs;
- Timely resolution of parked, blocked and GI/IR issues and escalation of critical ones to Buyers;
- Ensure accuracy of procurement related transactional data;
- Ensure standard routines are updated for any potential legal or process changes;
- Participate in the monitoring of SLAs and PPIS and ensure appropriate actions/plans to correct deviations;
- Participate in continuous Improvement programs and standardization of processes;
- Participate in PPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving.
- Positive Thinking, willingness to learn and Team Player attitude required;
- Good problem solving, attention to details and analytical skills;
- Good Organization and Prioritization skills to be able to cope with a fast pace environment;
- Strong work ethic and Respectfulness required;
- Intermediate English level;
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications - solid Excel knowledge is a plus;
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar preferred but not essential;
- Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus.
