In the Digital Customer Interfaces (DCI) Team, Lead Management is bringing together all the pieces of the puzzle to improve the overall experience of customers with Infineon. We are farmers of existing activities and programs as well as explorers of new opportunities and we are looking for an additional member to join our team!
Job Description
As a Marketing Operations Specialist - Digital Demand Generation & Growth Marketing, you'll be joining a young and innovative team that's at the forefront of digital customer interaction. You'll be responsible for driving the development of regional lead management initiatives and spearheading the optimization of new global lead processes for Direct Sales. You will make a crucial contribution to the future growth of Infineon.

Job Description
As a Marketing Operations Specialist - Digital Demand Generation & Growth Marketing, you'll be joining a young and innovative team that's at the forefront of digital customer interaction. You'll be responsible for driving the development of regional lead management initiatives and spearheading the optimization of new global lead processes for Direct Sales. In your new role you will:
- Be part of the new Lead Management Team in DCI Engagement Marketing
- Run the tool that supports day-to-day business through initiatives and exchange with the global Sales community of Infineon
- Explore new ways of integrating Lead Management in the Infineon Direct Sales process
- Bring global programs on the way that drive lead qualification and sales conversion
- Work on strategies that completely re-think Lead Management at Infineon from the ground up, focusing on the end-to-end process, technology, and Sales behavior
- Spearheading the implementation of the new global Lead Management processes

- A degree in International Business, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing Management or similar field of studies
- At least 2 years of experience in Consulting, Digital Marketing or Sales operations
- A strong understanding of sales operations and the ability to design, implement, and manage sales processes that drive results
- First-hand exposure to Business Development and Process Management in environments like B2B, B2C, SaaS or D2C
- Worked with digital organizational processes before and terms like customer journey is known to you and have already had touchpoints with Sales Teams or Inside Sales in any form is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging and effective presentations that capture the audience's attention and communicate key messages
- A team player mindset with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Analytics and IT
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
