Job Description
As a Specialist for Marketing Technology - Digital Demand Generation & Growth Marketing, you'll be joining a young and innovative team that's at the forefront of digital customer interaction. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of regional lead management initiatives and support the implementation of new global processes. This role will give you a chance to learn and grow with our team, and make a meaningful impact to the future growth of Infineon.

Job Description

In your new role you will:
- Be part of the new Lead Management Team in Digital Customer Interface (DCI) Engagement Marketing department
- Work on strategies that completely re-think Lead Management at Infineon from the ground up focusing on the end-to-end process, technology and behavior
- Run the tool that supports day-to-day business, making sure leads are efficiently routed from Marketing to Sales
- Engage with the Infineon Marketing community by responding to Lead Management related processes and tools inquiries
- Conduct Quality Assurance checks on newly implemented features of marketing tools to ensure they meet functional and performance standards
- Update and maintain proper process and tool documentation to ensure correct and consistent information is shared across different stakeholders
- Be involved in the development and contribute to regional Lead Generation, Nurturing and Qualification initiatives around the world

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration or similar field of studies
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing or Sales operations with a strong focus on managing and optimizing processes
- First-hand exposure to Business Development and Process Management in environments like B2B, SaaS or D2C
- Strong affinity for Digital Marketing, Data and Tools like Google Analytics, Eloqua, Confluence, Tableau, etc.
- Worked with digital campaigns before and terms like customer journey are known to you and have already had touchpoints with Sales Teams or Inside Sales in any form is a plus
- Experience with MS Office tools, especially MS Excel
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
