Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, order issues, and general inquiries.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
  • Provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.


What We Are Looking For

  • Fluency in French (C2 level) and good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM – 05:30 PM (rotational shifts).
  • Must be available to work on-site in Braga.
