Your Tasks

  • Talk with Customers - Answer questions and solve problems by phone, email, and chat.
  • Record Cases - Log every customer interaction in our system and respond within the set time (SLA).
  • Make Customers Happy - Keep customers updated on their cases. Happy customers = happy team!
  • Post-Sales Support - Help with delivery questions, warranty claims, and refund requests.
  • Help with Sales - Support customers who want to buy and promote products to boost sales.
  • Hit Your Goals - Meet quarterly sales targets while giving top-notch service.
  • Manage Orders - Track and update orders using our CRM system, following our company’s rules.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in Italian
  • English level B2
  • Motivated to grow
