Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global IT Director / Senior IT Manager to lead and evolve our global IT operations. With over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, and team leadership, the ideal candidate will drive innovation, ensure service excellence, and align IT initiatives with business goals across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and maintain the global IT strategy and roadmap.
• Prepare and manage annual IT business plans and budgets.
• Consult with executive leadership to identify and address business needs through technology.

• Operations & Service Management:
• Oversee global IT operations, ensuring performance, availability, and support of systems and services.
• Monitor service levels and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage IT risks and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

• Team & Stakeholder Management:
• Lead multidisciplinary international IT teams across multiple continents.
• Coordinate IT service and infrastructure teams, including BRMs and regional IT leads.
• Foster strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors.

• Project & Infrastructure Oversight:
• Manage global datacenters and IT infrastructure projects.
• Oversee procurement of IT equipment, software, and services.
• Define and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:

• 20+ years of progressive experience in IT management roles.
• Proven track record in global IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills across international environments.
• Experience managing IT services for large-scale organizations.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Preferred Skills:

• ITIL or similar service management certification.
• Experience with cloud migration and digital transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
