We are seeking Senior C++ Developer to join our growing software engineering team.

We are seeking Senior C++ Developer to join our growing software engineering team.
Your Role:
- Take a leadership role in conceptualizing, developing, and implementing high-quality software modules for our leading client-server capacity planning and timetabling system, revolutionizing the public transportation industry.
- Lead efforts to improve existing software modules, implement new tests, and collaborate on bug-fixing to ensure performance and reliability.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions that meet project requirements, while mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Lead code reviews to maintain high code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure the stability and performance of the software.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the software development process.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Significant experience in C++ development (preferably C++11 or later).
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and architectures.
- Expertise in software testing and debugging methodologies and frameworks.
- Extensive experience with multi-threading and concurrency to develop high-performance software.
- Proficiency in using version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code changes effectively.
- Experience with database design and optimization (SQL, NoSQL) is preferable.
- Experience with Docker, Continuous Integration/Delivery tools is preferable.
- Strong familiarity with Agile development methodologies to promote iterative development and collaboration.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical.
- Passionate about learning, continuous improving and building new solutions with high positive impact on the environment and society.
- Enjoy helping others and spreading knowledge.
- Willingness to build up a new development site in an interdisciplinary team and international environment.
- The willingness to work with different programming languages is preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
