Shift Details:

  • Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 24/7 rotating shifts (including night shifts)
  • Two rotating days off per week
  • Shifts will cover mornings, afternoons, and nights

  • Dutch (C2 level required)
  • English (Intermediate proficiency preferred)


Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team based in Braga. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in the website technical solutions sector, assisting Dutch-speaking customers with their technical issues. While prior experience in customer service or technical support is beneficial, it is not a requirement. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, driven, and open to growing within the company.

As a customer service representative, you will provide remote technical support for various website services. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, assisting clients with technical challenges, and offering support through phone, email, or chat. The role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting with website-related technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website setup, configuration, and functionality
  • Guide customers through the usage of website tools, ensuring they understand how to use them and solve problems effectively
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records and follow-ups
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and professionally
  • Follow established processes to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues in an efficient manner
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or the appropriate department
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and suggestions for improving customer experience
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolutions, including following up when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies when handling customer information
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer service processes and the overall customer experience
  • Manage customer expectations and remain composed during high-pressure situations
  • Provide ongoing support for website-related queries, helping customers maximize their use of services


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level required)
  • Intermediate proficiency in English (B2 or higher preferred)
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not necessary
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about website solutions and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards remotely
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and customer interactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts and weekends
  • EU ID required for employment in Portugal
  • Residence card required for non-EU nationals
