Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its team in the BPC & Architecture Department with the integration of a Construction Manager for its Porto office.
Key tasks/ activities: Coordination and management of construction teams;Execution and follow-up of works planning schedules;Site management;Control of contractual deadlines execution;Costs control;Works measurement reports - validation and preparation;Construction quality control;Preparation of periodic progress reports;Monitoring of Health and Safety actions on site;Execution of provisional handover minutes and all technical documents;Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired: Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Architecture;2-3 years' professional experience in project management/construction work; coordination/supervision;Knowledge of Windows environment from a user perspective, with a focus on PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Project;Knowledge of English (other languages will be valued);Planning and organisational skills;Orientation towards deadlines.Rigour and excellence in carrying out tasks;High sense of responsibility;Team spirit and ease of communication;Proactivity, assertiveness, dynamism and resilience;Driving licence.What we offer: Excellent office facilities in a premium location in Porto;Organizational culture focused on the well-being, team spirit and excellence;Experienced and very motivated team;Continuous training for further professional and personal development;Opportunities for career progression.To apply for this position, please send your CV and covering letter to Joana Malheiro (******).
