Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Take ownership of starting and leading long-term projects, leveraging your expertise to drive their success.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in daily team meetings, ensuring open communication channels and smooth task coordination.
- Code Quality: Deliver high-quality code that adheres to our standard development process, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Code Maintenance: Regularly maintain and test code to uphold optimal performance and user experience.
Minimum requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer, demonstrating proficiency in both frontend and backend development.
- Technical expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Next.js, NestJs, MongoDB, Rest, and Microservices.
- A comprehensive understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
- Prior experience working with Agile methodologies, promoting adaptability and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork and idea sharing.
- Proactive approach with a determination to achieve tangible goals.
