Purpose of Position
Support the NetJets Compliance Monitoring Programme, leading internal and external audits to ensure safe operational practices and airworthy aircraft and to ensure that activities are conducted in compliance with legal and company requirements. Support a culture of continuous improvement in NetJets safety performance, compliance, and customer service.

Support the NetJets Compliance Monitoring Programme, leading internal and external audits to ensure safe operational practices and airworthy aircraft and to ensure that activities are conducted in compliance with legal and company requirements. Support a culture of continuous improvement in NetJets safety performance, compliance, and customer service.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with EU, ANAC, CAA or other applicable regulations, NetJets internal requirements and IS-BAO or other applicable standards;
- Manage the follow-up process of reported findings to ensure proper and timely implementation of required corrective action plans to address the reported findings and their specific root causes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance throughout NetJets' operations;
- Provide regular support and feedback to the management team on management system performance and compliance;
- Support NetJets' responsibilities to the EASA SACA programme by coordinating responses and corrective actions to SACA findings;
- Support the management of third country and foreign operator approvals;
- Host external auditors and provide support to relevant departments during third party audits of NetJets operations;
- Ensure that safety is a part of every job and activity. Support the safety and compliance programmes, ensuring that any issue that may affect them is appropriately reported;
- Other duties can be performed subject to being within the same professional career, considered related or functionally linked.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other (KSAOs)
- University degree preferred, but not required if job experience matches duties, responsibilities and qualifications;
- 4 years’ experience as auditor in the aviation industry; or
- 2 years’ experience as Internal Auditor in NetJets;
- Good knowledge of aviation regulatory framework;
- Excellent knowledge of quality management systems and audit techniques;
- Comprehensive knowledge of EU and UK regulations and, IS-BAO standards is highly desirable;
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills;
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
