A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Review management practices and lateral connections in HR (including factories) and drive the change;
- Challenge and Identify opportunities on Goal Alignment, compliance and silos connection;
- Create, communicate and implement the actions across HR teams in the market;
- Drive Continuous Improvement in HR processes and internal tasks (including factories):
- Identify gaps and opportunities in existing processes and tasks together with the teams taking into considerations KPI’s analysis and employee feedback;
- Actively propose inputs for innovation & renovation of Best Practices;
- Lead process improvement triggered by organizational changes;
- Coordinate that all HR areas are aligned on changes and on continuous improvements;
- Ensure that HR employees understand, update and leverage these tools;
- Advise HRLT on leveraging tools and governance to avoid duplication of efforts, loss of knowledge and to ensure easy access to support by employees and line managers;
- Build sustainable capabilities and ensure effective Super User network is in place.
- Manage HR Project Portfolio:
- Prioritize projects in the area based on the impact to deliver and the effort needed;
- Align prioritization with Business/Zone and above Centers of Competences;
- Control budget of initiatives in HR;
- Coordinate with Iberia HR in order to ensure standardization of processes within Iberia region.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
- Experience in Stakeholder Management;
- Experience leading and developing cross functional teams;
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management and Change Management;
- Functional GLOBE/SAP/SSFF business HR process knowledge is a plus;
- Good level of English (written and spoken) is required;
- Good level of Spanish (written and spoken) is a plus;
- High level of service orientation;
- Analytical and organizational ability;
- High level of personal integrity.
