Responsibilities
- Business & Technical Design, collaborate with product owners and leaders to drive product definition and help to deliver digital solutions in a Life and Pensions domain.
- Leading workshops and requirement gathering leading to high quality business analysis and provide clear business requirement documentation.
- Excellent process mapping skills and experience in creating/documenting as-is and to-be business operating scenarios with end users.
- Create Business Requirements Documents and Functional Specifications. Documents user stories, contributes to backlog refinement, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Undertake change management activities like change readiness, communication, training and support go live.
- Ensure Business readiness for deployment of the change - i.e. Training support, user config, migration support, incident management.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role;
- Proven experience with agile/hybrid/waterfall project delivery models particularly in the insurance and Life and Pensions sector;
- Experience and knowledge of supporting transformational change and a solid understanding of all aspects of systems implementation and software development processes;
- Good working knowledge of data management and integration (statistical methodologies);
- Good knowledge of English.
- The candidate must be resident in Portugal.
