We are looking for a Kafka OCP Expert to join a challenging and innovative project in a demanding and constantly evolving technological environment.

Project
We are looking for a Kafka OCP Expert to join a challenging and innovative project in a demanding and constantly evolving technological environment.
Role
- Ensuring the administration, monitoring and optimization of the Kafka ecosystem;
- Participate in defining the architecture and design of Kafka-based solutions;
- Create, maintain and adjust streaming topologies with a focus on performance and resilience;
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure efficient integrations;
- Support the migration of Kafka clusters to Confluent Platform, when applicable;
- Automate operational tasks with a focus on scalability and reliability;
- Ensure security and governance practices in Kafka data management;
- Producing technical documentation and participating in knowledge-sharing sessions with the team.
- At least 5 years' experience in configuring and managing Kafka solutions;
- Solid knowledge of the Kafka architecture (brokers, producers, consumers and topics);
- Experience in stream processing (Kafka Streams, ksqlDB or similar);
- Familiarity with integrating Kafka with various data sources and destinations (databases, APIs, third-party systems, etc.);
- Practical experience in migration scenarios from Kafka to Confluent is highly valued;
- OCP certification will be highly valued.
