MERN & Flutter Tech Lead (Porto)

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Define and document technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Architecture, Cyber, Integration, etc.).
• Oversee development progress, QA deployments, and coordinate UATs with business stakeholders.
• Act as an escalation point for incidents, managing priorities and ensuring timely resolution.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Minimum of 2+ years in digital solution design, implementation, and incident management;
• Hands-on experience with Flutter and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node);
• Familiarity with SQL and/or Java is a plus;
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of system architecture and documentation;
• Understanding of digital ecosystems (Middleware, CRM, Billing, Apps, Portals);
• Proactivity and dynamism;
• Organizational and communication skills;
• Knowledge of English , Spanish is a plus.
