Job Description
The Learning Specialist is responsible for driving the use of eLearning authoring design techniques and tools within the T&C team.
The selected candidate need to develop a good understanding of the current tools’ ecosystem within the T&C team and gain expertise to optimize the digital learning experiences in collaboration with the Product Team, the Certification specialists and our collaborators from the other BGs and Tool partners in EKS and also be responsible to manage the tools as an administrator - keeping track of license requirements and license allocations within the teams, costs involved in terms of procurement its related processes and collaboration with other business groups.
Awareness of modern learning techniques, modern AI powered tools and the overall domain is a key requirement.
This role requires a passion for content creation, course structuring, and the effective implementation of eLearning tools to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Engage with stakeholders in T&C and other external CNS teams to create engaging, high-quality eLearning content depending on their requests and requirements.
- Have project planning and project managing experience and knowledge to plan and estimate efforts involved for stakeholder projects.
- Engage with CoDA developers on a regular basis for feature requests, new feature and product updates and any issue raised by the team.
- Engage with Learn app developers on a regular basis for feature requests, new feature and product updates and any issue raised by the team.
- Be part of the tool’s ecosystem board with other BGs and bring relevant updates back to the impacted teams.
- Support T&C team by organizing upskilling/reskilling sessions
- Support T&C teams with tools related queries or issues
- Proactively explore the tools market and identify potential tools that can support team with content development activities.
Requirements:
Expertise/knowledge required in the following areas:
- Content development/eLearning development
- Content development authoring tools like, but not limited to, Articulate 360 including Articulate RISE, Articulate Storyline.
- Text to Speech/Narration creation techniques and tools like WellSaid or Speechify.
- Video editing tools like Camtasia, Articulate Peek, Articulate Replay, OpenShot AI, Movavi
- A basic knowledge on AI powered tools in the content development area- that can be applied to internal tools like CoDA, ParseX etc.
- Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Passion for learning tools, eLearning concepts of writing, design and learning methodologies
- Proactiveness to actively seek out new tools, new techniques, and methodologies in the learning space.
- Analytical skills to support in case of issues in tools or content
