Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
Overall responsibilities and duties:
Support HR Manager in day-to-day HR management in accordance with the Group HR policies and procedures & ensure that employees have the skills and competences to perform they job duties
The Main Missions Of The Role Are
Assist the HR Manager in personnel administration (Contracts management and administration processes), implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues or industrial relations.
Recruitment with temporary agencies according business needs.
Management temporaries agencies according internal control basics.
Elaborate, manage and follow the training plan according to a needs analysis.
Organize, monitor and evaluate training programs to enhance training efficiency.
Act as the main interlocutor of external suppliers and ensure that the service provided meets organization and individual needs.
Anticipate and assess potential learning needs; propose adequate training in order to facilitate internal mobility.
Act as trainer for some internal training sessions.
Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators.
Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws
Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.
Collaborate in the networks with the HR Country in order to optimize the information and processes

Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum Education Level
- Master Dedgree in HR, business administration or related
- 1-3 years of experience in operational HR role
- Good understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of local HR legislation
- Very good MS Office skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in the local language and good English skills
- First experience with HR management systems is beneficial
