- At least 3 years of professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Professional experience in application development, focusing on enterprise-level solutions
- Professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, including designing, developing, and optimizing reporting solutions
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and data structure
- Experience developing and implementing innovative reporting solutions aligned with business goals
- Ability to analyze and optimize existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and performance
- Fluency in English (C1)
- Availability for remote work based in Portugal
