Salary is EUR 880 per month gross with 14 salaries per year with bonuses of EUR 170 per month growth with 12 bonuses per year

Your Day-to-Day as a Customer Advisor
In this role, you will:
- Assist customers with a variety of inquiries, from everyday questions to complex concerns
- Deliver first-class service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet key performance goals related to quality and efficiency
- Use the appropriate tools and resources to provide accurate and helpful information

- Speak French fluently and have a good command of English (at least B2)
