PSP provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry and Real Estate Valuation

Your mission: As part of our team, you’ll contribute directly to the accounting and tax compliance services delivered to PwC Luxembourg’s clients. Working closely with our colleagues in Luxembourg, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. You’ll play an important role in maintaining accuracy, enhancing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in our day-to-day operations.

Be a part of our team where as a team coordinator, you will:

  • Collaborate with on-site teams in Luxembourg to support the delivery of high-quality accounting and tax services to international clients;
  • Ensure strong client satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely outputs;
  • Manage a sub-team of 4 to 5 accountants: assign tasks, balance workloads, and perform first-level quality reviews;
  • Contribute hands-on in the early phase: maintain client accounting records, prepare annual accounts, corporate tax and VAT returns, and regulatory/investor reports to gain familiarity with our systems and standards;
  • Supervise and review work done both by your team and yourself; report results and challenges to the activity leader;
  • Continuously improve team performance by solving day-to-day operational issues, identifying team development needs, and optimizing workflows in a remote context;
  • Escalate any issue to the activity leader and assist her/him in proposing concrete action.

  • At least 5 years of professional experience including 1 year as a team coordinator (accounting/tax firm);
  • A Bachelor degree (or assimilated) in business administration, in accounting and/or in tax;
  • A deep knowledge of the tax/accounting and technical fundamentals;
  • Autonomous, rigorous, organised and problem solving oriented;
  • Flexible and independent, able to manage several tasks simultaneously, and you can adapt to sudden changes in working patterns;
  • Effective communication skills and a professional behaviour;
  • A great team spirit, you are leading by example and have a positive impact on your team;
  • Proficient in English. Knowledge of French or German would be considered an asset."
  • Effective knowledge of an accounting tool and Microsoft Excel.
