As a EHS (Environment Health and Safety) Coordinator at Siemens Energy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the health and safety standards of our projects. Your day will be filled with dynamic interactions, collaborating closely with engineering, project management teams, subcontractors, and customers. You will coordinate the Health and Safety area for Project Entity projects, mainly in Cadiz (Spain) dockyard, offering EHS expertise and leadership throughout the offshore platform construction. Your role is essential in ensuring detailed execution and the highest safety standards in every aspect of our operations.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Identify and evaluate occupational risks in the workplace.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce or eliminate identified risks.
- Conduct health and safety inspections for compliance with regulations.
- Drive the implementation of EHS policy according to Siemens Energy guidelines.
- Investigate incidents and propose corrective actions based on analysis.
- Educate and raise awareness among workers about risks and preventive measures.
- Master's degree in occupational risk prevention required.
- In-depth knowledge of occupational risk prevention in construction and dockyard activities.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and experience in EHS project management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective risk management.
- Proven results orientation with the ability to implement preventive measures and collaborate with teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, fluent in Spanish, and very good knowledge of English; willing to travel nationally.
