We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Partner Network Analyst to support the performance management and operational compliance of our international franchise network, with a focus on Europe, North of Africa and North America. This role is essential to maintaining high service standards, ensuring KPI compliance, and driving the success of our franchisees within the Flash brand, part of the Redspher Group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in performance monitoring, and a collaborative mindset. English fluency is required; Spanish is highly preferred.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Partner Network Analyst to support the performance management and operational compliance of our international franchise network, with a focus on Europe, North of Africa and North America. This role is essential to maintaining high service standards, ensuring KPI compliance, and driving the success of our franchisees within the Flash brand, part of the Redspher Group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in performance monitoring, and a collaborative mindset. English fluency is required; Spanish is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Network Animation & KPI Monitoring
- Define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate franchisee and partner network performance.
- Prepare support materials to help stakeholders understand and apply these KPIs.
- Collaborate with franchisees to ensure KPIs are effectively integrated into daily operations.
- Analyze franchisee performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Lead Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), focusing on metrics such as:
- Weekly customers’ performance and partial budget achievement
- Un-invoiced and overdue invoices
- Pre-defined operations KPIs
- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) around:
- Budget achievement
- Active customers’ engagement
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), addressing:
- Strategic project milestones (e.g., strategic services like AIR, TRUCK)
- New initiatives including monitoring the franchisees’ performance on the Group’s business in their specific territory
- Monitor the KPIs of the Flash customers under service agreement with the franchisees in order to maintain compliance with standards.
- Identify non-compliance risks and define corrective actions with follow-up and accountability.
- Generate accurate invoices and proforma invoices for franchisees.
- Maintain timely records and support financial transparency across the network.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in a performance analysis role, controlling or accounting / invoicing position preferably within logistics or franchise networks
- Experience in working with Excel (basic tables, pivot tables, and charts).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret KPIs and drive actionable outcomes.
- Experience in conducting detailed business reviews and analyzing Service Levels Agreements performance.
- English – Fluent (mandatory)
- Spanish – Medium (preferred)
