- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 2 years of experience in IT, specifically in application support
- Professional experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and technologies such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA workflows and bots
- Experience in analyzing RPA processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance automation performance
- Solid understanding of programming languages, preferably C# and/or VB.Net
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (B2)
- Availability for hybrid work in Porto, Portugal
