Your objective?PMMs’ role in each Business Division is to help maximize growth by working closely with Product Management teams to improve product-market fit, creating impactful value propositions for customers, and ensuring our go-to-market plans deliver the desired outcome at every step of the customer journey, with the objective to grow net new customer acquisition, up/cross-sell and our SaaS NRR. In support of the sales teams, they evangelize our markets and provide key content to build up sales enablement plans, ensuring the right message goes to the right persona in an impactful way. Last, they support all marketing teams to develop the key messaging and help drive effective campaign themes that maximize market engagement.
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop and Lead Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing and positioning strategies to maximize product adoption and market success; Align marketing strategies with product features and benefits in collaboration with the product management team.
- Sales Support and Analysis: Provide the sales team with tools and training, such as presentations, scripts, and sales materials; Analyze marketing campaign performance and effectiveness, offering recommendations for future improvements.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor and market analysis, creating relevant materials; Act as an external product representative through presentations, webinars, talks, and events.
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields;
- Previous experience in marketing enterprise software management products;
- Fluent in English spoken and written;
- Strong communication skills;
- Teamwork abilities, and the capacity to analyze and synthesize complex information.
