Emerging Talent Programs (IGP) Trainee (f/m/div)

The International Graduate Program (IGP) at Infineon gives graduates full insight into how we come up with innovations. Over the course of 18 months, they have at least three different assignments – one of them abroad. In total, between 30 and 50 trainees are in this program: and that´s where you come in. Supporting the management of the program and its trainees, you will play a key role in its success. If you are a real team player with very good organization and communication skills and enjoy working together with a global community, this position is just right for you.

Job Description

As an Emerging Talent Program Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the IGP, by engaging with its trainees, helping to organize events such as the global IGP Conference and various workshops, as well as preparing the recruiting days.

In your new role, you will:

• Prepare global events for IGP, such as Conferences, workshops, and networking events, coordinating all aspects of it (e.g, booking of program logistics, communication with participants, and internal and external vendors)
• Support of IGP recruiting, with a focus on Munich, including preparation of recruiting days
• Actively implement and moderate small workshop elements in English
• Contribute to creative workshop ideas and the preparation of presentations in English
• Support other Emerging Talent Programs across our various locations
• Be a Social Media ambassador for IGP activities on LinkedIn and Instagram
  
  

Your Profile

You have a proactive personality and are a great communicator. You have outstanding organizational skills and thrive in an international environment.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

• A University degree in Human Resources, Management, Communication, Tourism Management, or an equivalent field
• Interest in Talent Attraction topics, with a focus on emerging talent, and connecting with people
• Interest or previous experience in event organization
• Great organizational skills, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times
• Fluency in English
