Job Description
As a Project Support Trainee, you will work closely with the Digital Learning Solutions team. You will collect the materials and content received and create the training according to the templates and defined standards.

Job Description
As a Project Support Trainee, you will work closely with the Digital Learning Solutions team. You will collect the materials and content received and create the training according to the templates and defined standards.
In your new role, you will:
- Be responsible for the correctness, completeness, and consistency of the training material register
- Maintain and update training material in the training tool
- Ensure the usage of the defined templates and standards
- Perform consistent quality checks regarding the fulfillment of training material standards and user-friendliness
- Support training development activities
You have a unique combination of skills, including a proactive personality, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational abilities. As a fast learner, you adapt easily to new situations and thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
You are best equipped for this task if you:
- Have a degree in Education, Languages, Communication, Multimedia, Web Design, or a similar field
- Are a problem solver who can easily master new tools and software from the user’s perspective
- Have solid knowledge of MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of authoring or training tools and SAP is a plus
- Knowledge and interest in Multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe) is a plus
- Are fluent in English (mandatory). Knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
