Supplier Quality Specialist

For our location in Trofa we are currently looking for a

Supplier Quality Specialist

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing incoming inspection for purchased materials.
• Conducting instruction’s initial part sampling & approval along with milestones and timing (e.g., IR, ISIR, PPA, PPF) regarding single and sub-assembled components.
• Organization and coordination of sampling scopes and levels, and time schedule with supplier.
• Coordination of supplier claims, using the 8d method incl. system care (e.g., SAP, CAQ, TestTrack), tracking action plans and time schedules.
• Supporting the coordination and follow-up of the result-related action plans (internal / external), carrying out reporting and, if necessary, escalation in the event of non-compliance.
• Participation and supporting the implementation of assessment(s) of the quality capability of processes at suppliers in accordance with customer and automotive requirements, using suitable methods (potential analysis POT in the onboarding, process, process & product audit according to VDA).
• Participation in supplier evaluation and development activities, monitoring & reporting.
• General system care and database updates (e.g. SAP, CAQ-System, TestTrack, ARIBA).

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical training, preferable with qualification in the field of mechanical and/or electronical.
• Experience in a multinational group environment.
• Knowledge of quality management and expertise with automotive core tools (e.g. MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, 8D).
• Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 9001:2008, AEC-Q and QM relevant ISO norms.
• Expertise in MS-Office.
• Preferably knowledge in SAP.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
