The Business Planning & Analysis Manager work focuses on short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance. This includes:
As BPA manager he/she will have a deep understanding of the Franchise strategy and resulting operational framework, in order to provide a meaningful financial perspective and pro-actively guide decision, while ensuring robust and timely financial reporting. Furthermore, it will support the Senior Manager BPA in Europe in special projects.

The Business Planning & Analysis Manager work focuses on short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance. This includes:
- Analysis of internal financial information (e.g., profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, return rates, etc.);
- Analysis of external economic conditions and their impact on business operations (e.g., inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, market scope, etc.);
- Financial modeling to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities.
As BPA manager he/she will have a deep understanding of the Franchise strategy and resulting operational framework, in order to provide a meaningful financial perspective and pro-actively guide decision, while ensuring robust and timely financial reporting. Furthermore, it will support the Senior Manager BPA in Europe in special projects.
More detailed, the BPA Manager will:
- Manage Region Europe P&L
- Prepare financial plans (e.g Budget or Forecast updates)
- Guarantee the consolidation process for Surgical Region Europe
- Develop true partnership with the financial stakeholders in each country/cluster in Region Europe
- Provide management with clear and objective, financial and business data, to support the decision-making process
- Partner with the business to arrive at appropriate decisions in line with the financial objectives
- Preparation of financial key figures indicators to support target setting for strategic plans, latest forecasts and Budgets
- Monitor structure costs on a monthly basis and challenge profit improvement strategies
- Deliver Business results with the ownership of the business objectives and financial plan
- Constantly drives process improvements and productivity initiatives
- Ensure the correctness and transparency of financial data
Education
- University degree in Finance or Economics or similar
- Master in Business Administration preferable
- At least 4 years experience in Financial Reporting with project management skills in an international environment
- Excellent finance and analytical skills
- Good understanding of accounting and reporting rules
- Strong communication skills, including ability to communicate financial information to non-finance groups to drive partner engagement
