- 6+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner, with a strong understanding of product management as well as technological concepts;
- Knowledgeable of A/B testing methodologies and how to leverage them for product enhancement;
- Experience with integrations of third-party services and tools;
- Experienced in data analysis to interpret metrics and derive actionable insights that inform product development;
- Proven experience in customer experience roles, oriented towards enhancing user journeys and satisfaction;
- Ability to create strategic roadmaps that add value and align with business goals;
- Familiarity with product grouping and personalization strategies to promote customer experience;
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 Level);
- Availability to work in a remote setting, based in Portugal.
