Fixed Asset Specialist - GBS environment - English Speaker

We are seeking a dedicated Fixed Asset for our Accounting & Finance Department within the FMCG industry, who has a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Description

A successful Fixed Asset should have:

• Oversee the management of fixed assets and depreciation
• Ensure fixed assets are properly recorded, tagged, and inventoried
• Perform periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets
• Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and depreciation
• Investigate potential obsolescence of fixed assets
• Conduct periodic impairment reviews for intangible assets
• Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist auditors in their inquiries
• Work with other departments to plan for future asset acquisitions.
  
  

Profile

A Successful Fixed Asset Should Have

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Relevant experience in the FMCG industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
