The role – IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven IT Business Analyst to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of IT practices and processes to support organizational objectives
• Provide analytical support to IT practice leaders in defining and improving business requirements, workflows, and performance metrics
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and IT strategies
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize IT service delivery models, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Conduct data analysis, create reports, and present findings to help drive business decisions and continuous improvement.
  
  

Your profile

• BSc or MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of IT service delivery, project management, and business process analysis
• Proficiency in data analysis, with experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Basic knowledge of ITIL or other IT management frameworks
• Familiarity with service management platforms such as ServiceNow
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
