The role - Identity and Access Management Specialist

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced IAM Specialist to lead and enhance the Identity and Access Management discipline within our organization. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• IAM Strategy & Governance: Define and implement IAM strategies, governance models, and best practices to ensure compliance, drive maturity improvements, and align with business objectives
• IAM Operations & Implementation: Manage the implementation, integration, and automation of IAM solutions to ensure secure access control and efficient user lifecycle processes
• Compliance & Security: Conduct audits, access reviews, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership: Act as an IAM subject matter expert, providing guidance, training, and collaboration across IT, security, HR, and compliance teams.
  
  

Your profile

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• More than 5 years of professional experience in IAM roles
• Expertise in IAM technologies such as Active Directory, EntraID /Azure AD, CyberArk, SailPoint, or similar solutions
• Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks, security standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Experience with RBAC, ABAC, PAM, SSO, MFA, and IGA solutions
• Proficiency in IAM automation, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and integration with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Experience in Cloud IAM (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM)
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
