We’re currently looking for a Travel & Expense Services Team Lead to join our Procurement organization in Porto.
Job Description
In this role, you will set the direction for your team and drive them to achieve their goals. With a focus on standardization, digitalization, and automation, you'll develop and maintain compliant travel expense reimbursement procedures that align with Infineon's global strategy.

Job Description
In this role, you will set the direction for your team and drive them to achieve their goals. With a focus on standardization, digitalization, and automation, you'll develop and maintain compliant travel expense reimbursement procedures that align with Infineon's global strategy.
In your new role you will:
- Develop and maintain compliant and reliable travel expense reimbursement procedures that align with Infineon's travel landscape, processes, and strategy
- Strive for standardization, harmonization, efficiency, digitalization, and automation of travel expense reimbursement processes on a multi-country level
- Manage the operational service with appropriate planning and use of resources, providing a high-quality service, ensuring that key tasks rendered are performed according to service level agreement and service catalogue
- Lead, coach and support the Travel and Expense Services team
- Contribute to Operational Excellence by measure and analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement, derive priorities for the team based on performance data, continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness, foster digitalization through the use of RPA, AI, and other technologies, handle escalations on different stakeholder levels, manage knowledge for the team and stakeholders, ensure compliance with rules, guidelines, and legal requirements (tax)
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional projects (e.g. ensure support of Concur Expense deployments (testing, change management, training, etc.), and driving subprojects with impact on the area (Service Now implementation))

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar field of studies
- At least 5 years of experience in a Service Center environment - Accounting / Finance background would be an advantage
- Experience in leading teams, especially in international environments
- Travel and Expenses knowledge would be appreciated
- Expertise in ERPs (SAP FI and/or Concur would be a plus)
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
