To expand our team in Lisboa or Porto, we are looking for an Internal Sales Specialist focused on Microsoft to support the team and contribute to the achievement of sales and margin targets, working closely with the vendor, within the Advanced Solutions business unit.

To expand our team in Lisboa or Porto, we are looking for an Internal Sales Specialist focused on Microsoft to support the team and contribute to the achievement of sales and margin targets, working closely with the vendor, within the Advanced Solutions business unit.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Microsoft account to develop its business at TD SYNNEX in the Iberian market.
- Gathering detailed customer information to support business growth at TD SYNNEX.
- Identifying, following up on, and closing sales deals.
- Promoting and selling TD SYNNEX’s e-business services.
- Carrying out proactive activities as defined by the Cloud Spain department.
- Preparing and following up on quotes and turning them into orders.
- Providing customers with accurate information about products, pricing, special offers, and promotions.
- Achieving call standards for inbound and outbound calls.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Representing TD SYNNEX professionally and efficiently at all times.
- Portuguese is mandatory, and a good level of English is required.
- Experience with IT products; CRM/ERP knowledge with a commercial sales approach is highly valued.
- The IT channel and how it operates.
- TD SYNNEX’s main competitors.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- You'll work in an international environment for a Fortune Top 100 organization.
