Job Description

As a Change Management Trainee, you can develop your career in a dynamic and innovative environment at Infineon Technologies Business Solutions in Porto! You will be part of the Change Management team cooperating with Infineon employees globally.

In your new role, you will:

• Work directly with the Global Change Management team and be involved in the implementation of change management activities across different locations worldwide
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of change management processes and tools
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative opinion poll data, using Excel for result calculation and graphic illustration
• Perform stakeholder and change impact analyses using Excel and PowerPoint tools
• Help deliver change management communication and engagement activities, from written and visual communication to live change management events and workshops
• Collaborate with the Communication and Training teams to ensure Change Management is reflected in the different communication and training activities, following the project roadmap
  
  

Your Profile

You are passionate about innovation and organizational change and have good analytical and communication skills. You are organized and focused on achieving the project goals, and you can easily work in a team and connect with internal clients.

You are best equipped for this job if you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, or a similar degree
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• An innovative, curious mindset and the desire to drive topics forward
• Knowledge of organizational change management is an advantage
• A fluent level of business English, German is an advantage
