- Extensive knowledge of computer operations, security, and network systems
- Must have good knowledge about networking components such as routers, modems, adaptors, switches, and servers.
- The service professional should be able to keep updated with all the latest developments related to these components.
- Know how to troubleshoot network connectivity problems.
- In-depth understanding of communication technologies applications and telecommunications systemsYou must have:
- Proven skills and experience to keep track of customer environment network needs
- Knowledge and experience in solving network issues
- Experience and training in network design and data systems
- Project management skills
- Knowledge in scripting and programming routines
- Knowledge and experience in network automation
- Good to have experience in administration of Juniper firewalls, Extreme networks/Extreme Netsight, Juniper space, tacacs
- Strong English proficiency level that allows the service provider to read, write, listen, and speak in English.
- European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
