As a G2M Product Management Processes Specialist, you will be part of the Product Marketing Business Process Management Team where you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our global go-to-market business process deliverables, ensuring seamless standardization, and driving continuous improvement. As a go-to person, you will own change management, establish critical interfaces, and foster knowledge sharing within our marketing communities.

In your new role, you will:

• Manage a segment of global go-to-market business process deliverables
• Ensure adaptability and standardization of process deliverables across all divisions
• Own change management of process deliverables. Own process improvements
• Establish an interface between a go-to-market process and go-to-market deliverables processes
• Own and maintain process documentation and trainings
• Act as a go-to person for go-to-market business process
• Foster knowledge exchange and best practices sharing within marketing communities
• Support global projects

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Master/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering
• At least 3 years of work experience in Business Process Management
• Experience in Marketing processes management
• Experience in data analysis and reporting would be a plus
• Experience in Project Management would be a plus
