Job Description

As a Senior Staff Specialist Global Service Designer, you will drive and ensure best in class service for different HR functions.

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for global process (re-)design in line with overall process design principles for various HR functions: make HR processes leaner, globally harmonized and streamlined (e.g. Global Employee Termination Process)
• Design, document and update process flow charts in close collaboration with Regional Process Experts, HR Business Partners, HR Service Center Agents, Platform Owners (ServiceNow) and IT
• Lead, organize and moderate design workshops with HR & IT colleagues from different regions ensuring a clear outcome for a globally harmonized E2E process and customer journey ensuring implementation on our HR Platforms (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Continuously collect and evaluate input from customers directly, capture needs and plan further improvements based on this feedback together with global HR counterparts
• Proactively analyze trends and business needs, improve design thinking methodology competencies within the team and be ambassador for customer centricity
• Collaborate with various global stakeholders around customer centricity, automation and IT infrastructure: this includes data management, data protection, IT, etc.
  
  

Your Profile

You are a natural team player who can quickly establish successful cooperation with team members and stakeholders. You are proactive, take the initiative and overcome challenging or new situations with creative solutions. Furthermore, you have high-quality standards for your work, a process-orientated and strong analytical skills that support your attention to detail.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a similar field
• Strong experience in global process harmonization, experience in HR processes is a plus
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, HR experience is a plus
• Technical knowledge and understanding of HR platforms, such as ServiceNow or similar software – or strong willingness to learn new tools
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools
• An affinity for digital topics and an expert on design thinking
• A pragmatic working style, focused on solutions, strong partnership mindset and looking into efficiencies
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
