ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for a People analytics english speaker.

People analytics aims to measure and improve the performance of HR processes by supporting the various departments in managing their operational activities.

Its scope of action covers recruitment, career management, training, Comp&Ben, personnel administration and social legal matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production of operational dashboards :

• Weekly tracking of interviews, contract signings, hires, and terminations,
• Career / Comp&Ben,
• Editing of sales and administrative organizational charts,
• Production of compensation graphs by job and career,
• Monitoring of inter-contract compensation,
• Tracking he progress of annual and professional reviews and managerial follow-up,
• Analysis of engineer satisfaction surveys,
• Analysis of reasons for departures and subsequent destinations,
• Monitoring trends on average salaries,
• Monitoring of times, trial periods, administrative titles, deadlines and missing documents.

PROFILE:

• At least 3 years of experience in the field,
• You have a good level of English,
• Advanced proficiency in Excel,
• Basic knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA),
• Proficiency in SAP software and in an ATS,
• Strong numerical and statistical skills,
• Solid understanding of HR processes and practices,
• Attention to detail in data collection and processing,
• Ability to summarize and analyse data,
• Discretion regarding the data processed
• Organization skills and adaptability.
