As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support our different European sites to find and attract top talents for different roles. In order to do this, you will be actively involved in the definition of the best recruitment strategy and sharing your expertise with internal stakeholders. Moreover, you will act as a first company ambassador to our candidates and thus ensure a state-of-the-art recruitment process as well as a remarkable experience.

Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Provide consulting to Hiring Managers on recruiting trends, candidate experience and recruitment strategies;
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies – you will make use of our internal database and other platforms (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter) to find and attract experts for several job families;
- Drive candidate relationship management activities – you will use social media to promote our open positions, connect with candidates, build up and maintain your own network of talents;
- Perform the candidate preselection – based on the information from the Hiring Manager you will rank the candidates in our Applicant Tracking System;
- Perform the candidate selection along with the hiring managers – actively participate in job interviews and conduct the offer proposal process;
- Complete the recruitment process by sending feedback to all applicants, matching 2nd best ones with other opportunities, and closing the positions.

- A University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, or a similar field of studies
- At least 3 years of work experience in Recruiting, Headhunting, or Talent Relationship Management, ideally in a high-paced environment
- Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter would be a great advantage
- Great communication skills and a consultant mindset
- A positive working attitude and a teamwork mentality
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
