About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our hiring efforts in the rapidly evolving fields of iGaming and Web3. As a recruiter at Block Labs, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent who have expertise in iGaming, blockchain technologies, and Web3 development. You will play a pivotal role in building strong teams that will drive our company's growth, innovation, and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Attraction:
    • Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract top candidates with specialized skills in iGaming, blockchain, and Web3 technologies.
    • Leverage multiple channels (job boards, social media, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach) to find qualified candidates.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Engagement & Screening:
    • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and passion for iGaming/Web3 technologies.
    • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, keeping candidates informed and engaged.
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Collaborative Hiring:
    • Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
    • Assist in developing job descriptions that clearly define the skills and experience required for each role.
    • Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and provide regular updates on the status of candidates.
  • Industry Knowledge & Networking:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in iGaming, Web3, and blockchain technologies.
    • Build a network of professionals in the iGaming and Web3 sectors, including developers, designers, product managers, and executives.
    • Represent Block Labs at industry events, conferences, and meetups to build relationships and expand the talent pool.
About You

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on iGaming, Web3, or technology-driven industries.
    • Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles (e.g., developers, project managers, designers, marketers).
    • Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent in a highly competitive market.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of the iGaming, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems.
    • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in gaming, blockchain development, and decentralized applications (dApps).
    • Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques, interview strategies, and using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bonus:
    • Knowledge of or experience with smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and NFTs.Previous experience working at a Web3 or blockchain company is a plus.
    • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
