What Youll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, while representing a renowned European automotive brand.
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up through the CRM system.
- Collaborating with your team to continually improve the customer journey.
- Staying current on product offerings, services, and company policies to deliver accurate and timely information.
- Creating warm, positive interactions with every customer.
- Using your knowledge of automotive and digital solutions to resolve technical issues and questions.
You're a great match for this role if you:
- Are fluent in French (C1 written and spoken) and have a solid level of English (B2).
- Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Have a passion for cars and digital technology.
- Pay close attention to detail and stay well organized.
- Possess excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
