Your Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of the customer experience solutions product group, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and market demands.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform product strategies, improve market competitiveness, and ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals.
- Act as a technical opinion leader, gathering and sharing knowledge and expertise to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Enhance and strengthen partnerships with your business stakeholders by providing strategic guidance and serving as a trusted advisor to optimize product strategies.
- Expertise in IT product management and leadership (product lifecycle, customer experience management, product strategy, product breakdown structure, business processes, product compliance) obtained through advanced education and relevant work experience.
- Significant experience managing large projects or processes, with a proven track record of influencing others and driving innovation.
- Expertise in leveraging data-driven insights to inform product strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals.
- Established track record of successfully designing, building, and managing enterprise-scale software systems over multiple years.
- Proven leadership expertise with extensive experience in managing and guiding heterogeneous teams effectively.
- Skilled in defining and monitoring relevant OKRs and KPIs for products, ensuring close alignment with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for customer-centric approaches and digital customer-focused products, combined with a communicative, innovative, and visionary mindset that thrives in international and diverse environments.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
